yeah but then remember that you still get what you pay for, so they would still be quite stiff and uncomfortable. why not save and get some AP or Weitec coilies? would be worth the wait imo

Yeah, I know that they'll me uncomfortable but I'm sure I'll get used to them. But on the plus side the car will look a lot nicer and handling will be a lot better. Would you suggest a strut bar?

Cheers

yeah a strut bar would surely continue to reduce the body roll and give a better feel in corners, though I would like to see some feedback from someone who have tried it

If you want the maximum out of the polo in terms of handling then you will need a good set of coilovers, Eibach Rear Anti Roll Bar, Front Upper & Lower Strutbraces and some nice Negative Camber on the front wheels, it will be handling like a dream them.

It will still be a very harsh ride though which does take a while to get adjusted to.

talking about ARBs, mine hasn't got any neither on the front nor on the rear. Is it possible to fit one from lets say a GTI or you need mounts to fix it to?

I'm going for some G60's next time I replace my tires, at which point I'll be hand refurbing my RXII's

I think they suit the Mk5 perfectly, they're very VW, very understated.
