What seats bolt into a 6N2?

Whilst on the subject, has anyone tried collecting a new interior in their polo (ie fitting 2 front seats + a rear bench in the back with the seats down) or am I being a tad optimistic .... My only other option would be the TT!

Yes. You take all seats out par the drivers seat.

When collecting the new interior, you fit all but the drivers seat, then wrap the base of the drivers seat in a nice thick bag or similar to stop grease going everywhere, then seatbelt it in, or put the seats down and strap it in

Nice idea, removing the old stuff before collecting the new! Do the front seats unbolt easily with just four bolts like my TT ones?... sorry Im being lazy as I havent even looked!

aren't they just one bolt and slide back off? that's how mine are at least

dub6n2 - Correct, push the seat all the way to the front and unclip the covers that cover the rails on either side of the seats these usually just pull off... then just push the seat back undo the hex nut and doneski! and then do what alex said, may need two of you one to slide the seat back and the other to whack some plastic bags on the seats to stop the grease getting everywhere!
