part is stamped 6q6 827 297 f if any body has the lock barrel this part is attached to the end of it

The part I am looking for appears to be part of the boot lock it is cast metal and is attached to the lock barrel by a small circlip. when you turn the key in the lock barrel this then hits the bar to allow the tailgate lock to open

had a look got a full brand new boot lock complete but has now key let me know bud
