Re: Got my first car! : Photos with my friends golfs! look
Looks nice mate. The removal of the GTI is a real plus for the look imo ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)
An Aero rear wiper would top the rear off too!

Same - i cant see the point in removing it lol
They do, but its from another model. Its a Passat estate rear aero wiper - youd have to order the parts from a main dealer. Costs about 25 quid for a new arm cap and blade.

would look good but im trying to save!
i keep spending all my wages on bits for my car, i am really happy with it tho!
Thinking about some 25mm spacers on the rear and 19mm on the front for a better stance..only thing is maybe wouldnt cope well with passengers in the back.

Re: More photos, no more gti!
Looking good mate! Finally that GTI badges are off!
Re: More photos, no more gti!
alright man, I notice you've gone and got yourself a bucket seat as well, you planning on doing the passenger one also?
Re: More photos, no more gti!
Yeah i got two perfect condition seats for £50 then realised the runners in polos are built into the seat! so i got some runners and 2" steel box section for about £60 and me and my friend welded up a frame and bolted the seat, frame and runner together and it works extremely well!
It took about 4 hours so we only did one, hopefully get the next one in this weekend
al get another photo of it up for you.
