my first car!! A polo :D

Post by jamaicanvibezz »

Hi everyone,

Ive been following this fantastic forum for a couple months or so since i got my new baby a couple months ago, a polo 1.4 6N silver 5 door.... since not being on any kind of amazing budget (since having the car fully serviced, mot'd, taxed, PLUS I have to get the headgasket replaced...)

So I want to throw in a few nice modifications as i'm looking to have it a while... I was thinking to paint the brake calipers either red or blue... i just ordered a pair of sony F1735's to replace the stock speakers in the front... I'm not doing any engine mods as thats useless... maybe interior lighting upgrades? any ideas on the cheaper end of the scale would be great! Basically some really decent cheaper mods that make a huge difference to the look of the car

:o heres some pics:

clear indicators,
debadged grill,
you can give the engine cover a good clean and rocker cover a polish with some autosol metal polisher,
some 6n2 "all red" lights
Remove the door strips.

List goes on loll. But id probably start off with the above and then probably move on to interior, lowering and wheels.

Debadge makes the car look more smooth lol.. If youre interested, i have a brand new debadged grill im selling. Bought it for my brothers 6n, but he sold it before we even started modding it lol..

Yeah ebay will be ur new best friend lol. With a motorised dvd plater, you cannot take the face off it and it distracts you from driving in my opinon. Maybe u can go for a usb head unit..

By the way what is that on the left hand side of ur steering wheel? is it a cup holder?
