I've heard it was a bit tricky to install an alarm into your car, and would require professional help to do so. But, wiring a remote central locking kit is a piece of pi$$. It's a 10 minute job, if that.
Hmmm... Well as of what I can remember, where the bonnet release handle is (bottom right of the drivers footwell), you would need to take that off and the panel guarding it.
After taking off the panel you will have a loom of wires, if you splice the black tape that surrounds the loom then it's easier to get to the wire that you need to tap into. You will need to tap into the Blue/White wire with both open and lock wires with the open wire resisted with a resistor. I am not sure what resistor you need, but you would need to tap into the same wire.
After tapping into that wire, you will need to tap into a thick red wire under the steering collumn, which will be your permanent 12v+ supply. Also you will need to tap into a group wire as well.
