Newbie Wheel question

Newbie here, I have a question that has probably been answered may of times, sorry for repeating.

I have a 6n Polo currently completly standard.

Could someone tell me what size wheels I can fit onto it without having to do any mods, and good suppliers of them?

Probably not going to lower the car at all.

You can fit 15 inch rims with 195 45 r15 tires with no mods at all.
