why are you banned though man? its not like you personally wasnt going to go, i can see why they wouldnt want to let the forum book a rolling road day but saying the forum is banned from it makes it seem like they dont want custom brought to them through the site.. or from polo owners :S which could lose them slight money in the long run... then again bigger companies dont give a crap about certain thing whereas a smaller company would try their best to keep customers happy
you would have been better checking when a decent cutoff with them would be (ie a date you can still cancel without causing upset) then making people pay a deposit before that cutoff date (gets rid of the "pretend" interest thatway) then if you dropout you lose your cash

you know not to bother though next time mate,
