Powerflex or Polyurethane or Cupra Bushes?

Hey Guys well I guess everybody is quite familiar to the above topic. Basically which one of the above is better in terms of value and durability?

The front wishbone bushes in the GTI has gone and I could go and claim it off warranty but then they will end up putting the same s**t anyhow so thought I'll get it done right and properly

In my old polo I fitted the cupra bushes but I thought they made the ride quite bumpier but saying that the steering response was spot on

Also please post the links as to where I can purchase the likes of powerflex etc and if possible with PART NUMBERs please!!!!!!!!!!
