im guessing you have 5x100 pcd? U'd just need 5x100 to 5x112 pcd adapters mate, they probably one of the most common ones to source

PCD is the bolt pattern of the hub. If you have 4 stud you are 4x100 pcd im guessing. You'd need adapters to change 4x100 to 5x112 bolt pattern.
