ive been a member for a while now but never posted yet

owned this polo for about a year now
this was how it was when i started:

wasnt too keen on the vinyls or stickers on the back but wasnt brave enough to take them off until:

scraped a wall big time.
this meant the graphics came off that side which meant the other side came off to still a few marks on the one side but got a qualityy repair job done

this is how she looks now just washed

first thing to do soon is get rid of those lights, theyre driving me crazy and the filler cap sticker

any other suggestions?
and anyone have any idea from the pics if its lowered?

not a fan of the wheels, tail lights or the filler cap, but hanging round here you'l pick up some great ideas :D
it defo does look lowered, maybe on 40mm springs

yess
lights will be the first to go, then the wheels once these tyres go i think

i did think, the springs are red, but i definitely think it can go a lot lower ;)

only a 1 litre but its the running costs and i love it anyway as a young driver i think anything faster i would be dead. :)

haha lower is the only way with these cars!! if the springs are red its definately been lowered.

aslong as it looks great a 1.0 is fine :P hehe

Welcome to forum mate :) nice little car :)
Some suggestions you could do:

GTI rear spoiler
Xenon headlights
GTI grilles
Fogs 8)
Maybe a fin aerial?

I've got a 1 litre polo as well in silver :)

yep same, the euro range is real nice, but they give the 6n2 a lurvly twist and something a bit different. im going for the RBs which are basically bigger versions of minilites, but there was someone on clubpolo i think who had a 6n2 in the same blue as yours with the polished JMAGs, it looked seriously fresh!
ask them if they can get the candy blue, you never know...

so shes had some love and attention recently, not quite what i had in mind but needs must:

recently had recon'd gear box put in
pedal box replaced
brake light switch replaced
engine thrust sensor replaced
temperature sender replaced
timing belt change
water pump change

not what i wanted to spend my money on. once pay day comes around new wheels and colies are being ordered
couple things i did want i went for a 6000k HID kit fitting was easy, i replaced the old scratched headlight with new units and black indicators which i think sets it off Image<p>

got a tonne of new stickers and also the all red rears i finally picked up:

nah mate, theyre so so simple! you dont need to take the headlamp units out or anything they just clip out. only problem i did have was condensation in one unit but a seller on the bay sorted them out no probs. headlamps were the hard part with the whole bumper removal but indicators dont need this.

want any help just gimme a shout i can explain it, its dead simple.

also new plans gonna get the wingmirrors, interior mirro, petrol cap and bump strips vinyl'd in digital grey camo opinions?;)
