1.4 8v to 1.4 16v Conversion Advice

As above can anyone suggest a decent well priced garage or mechanic that would be able to do this.
if you have done it yourself how much am i looking at for this swap?

I'm no expert but a new or used 16 valve head would have to be the prime purchase.

It wouldn't be worth it unless you got the engine dirt cheap.

If you still need to get your hands on the lump then you'll be better ooff going for a 1.6 16v from the 6n2 GTi.
