Springs moving around (or lifting off the mounts) when they encounter an uneven surface?

Like, they lift out their mounts for a second as the car raises, then fall back into place?

i have coilies on and they were clunking due to the top bolts not being tight on the back

also when you jack the car up, can you move the springs around at all?

He said he's on springs, so i don't think that's an issue? Unless the springs are too short and bouncing out their mounts like i said?

How d'you stop the springs falling out when you jack the car? The guy never sent me the helper springs (I'm assuming that's what they're used to do?!)

Im sure the top mounts still got to be tight regardless of what suspension he has, maybe when the springs were fitted it wasnt tightened properly

theres not much you can do if the springs fall out, just means your springs are too short for the shocks. im sure helpers are only for coilovers though :?
