Length of MK VII vs MK III

I currently have a 1999 Mk III Polo 1.6 3 door which I am considering trading in for a '57 2007 model (5 door). Does anyone know how the lengths of these two compare?

out of cuirosity why does this matter? lol. Ive owned both a 1.4 8v mk4 (or 3 as you refer to it) and a 56 polo gti turbo.

the mk4's more fun, but the mk7 is a luxurious beast of a car!

Can't find the length of the Mk3 but for the 9n3 the dimensions are:

* Length: 3926 mm
* Width: 1650 mm
* Height: 1465 mm
* Wheelbase: 2460 mm
