Hi all...
Last week I got a MKIV Polo but, recently, I have noticed blue smoke coming from the exhaust. There is also something slightly smoking under the hood.. But have no idea what it could be. Any suggestions??

Sounds like its the head gasket mate, start it up and have a look under the bonnet.
It will probably be a costly fix if it has gone because you will need to get the head skimmed.

get a head test done at the garage,
you need to sort this a.s.a.p if it is the head
could be seen as pricey but can you really put a price on getting your baby good again?

piston rings gone or stem sills gone....just hope its your stem sills as this is a cheaper then your piston rings gone....got this problem with my polo....its ok to drive but make sure your oil levels dont drop below the line or your screwed mate....keep checking oil levels and fill it up if necessary.
