6n2 GTi Bumpers
anyone know how easy it is to remove the bumpstrips from the back and front bumpers ?

Once they are removed, they generally are damaged and cant be reused!
You need to start from one side and pull firmly and that will release the clips, but you need the bumpers off so you can push from the back and start it off
