Then after one month more they told me that they will give me NEW plate and bearing BUT old pressure plate i said okDear Petar, we have spoken to the warranty department. To clarify and go into a little bit more detail, the clutch driven plate was not being released or clamped evenly due no fault of the clutch; this is evident by the photos you were sent yesterday showing the unequal wear on the diaphragm fingers. If a driven plate is not released or clamped evenly then one side of the friction material will be clamped/ released before the other, the downward and upward forces will not be equal on either side putting more pressure on one side of the friction material than the other. In your particular case, the driven plate did very well to put up the unequal pressures for as long as it did but eventually tore the friction material off as you know. You are of course welcome to verify this with any clutch specialist.
We can understand you being upset but please be assured that this was no fault of the clutch. We are unable to give you a refund as there was no manufacturing defect. The pressure plate and release bearing are both in a serviceable condition albeit used; we would recommend that you purchase a new driven plate to go with the pressure plate and bearing to make a serviceable kit up again; we are prepared to send the kit back to you free of charge as a gesture of goodwill if you decide to go down this route.. You do need to replace your clutch release arm as soon as possible in any event as with time this problem will recur with your new clutch.
