I'm going to fit some heated Recaro's from a MK3 Golf Colour Concept into our 6N2. I have the wiring loom and switch panel from the donor car..
In theory I suppose it only needs a ground, live and live for the switch light bulb.. but I just want some advice on the best way to wire this into a 6N2 and ask whethere anyone has done this before.
Is there a spare port on the fusebox for example? I remember when I installed the headunit I struggled to find an ignition live and in the end took the ignition live from the the rear screen heater switch! Even the cigarette lighter was a constant live.
Any help and advice appreciated
