headlight alignment :S

Right, I have recently changed my headlights to gti ones and my lights were fine before this , now my lights seem to be pointing more towards the road and the only inside adjustement i have makes them go down rather than up ... :S when i first fitted the new lights in and turned them on for the first time it sounded like they was auto adjusting... should i have turned the adjuster inside aswell :S.
I dont know now what to do to make my headlights go upwards a bit.... any help ?

Take your car to an MOT gargage to get them done, costs around £30

If the light scater isnt right when it comes to MOT it will fail anyway so you may as well get them to do it now.
