How Do i Remove the Lower Centre Grille...

Post by kapur »

How do i remove the lower centre grille on the 6n2?

I need to replace it with the GTi ones...

A tutorial will be nice, else an explanation should be good enough.

Thanks in advance.

I still cant remove it!

Has anyone got any ideas? ALSO, the right side is loser than the left. I can pull it forward, but only a certain amount.

It feels as if it might be screwed in... :(

Hmm.. My uncle is also having trouble removing the grille also on his car and when we've read this post, me and my uncle tried it out but still no luck and it won't even budge a bit. So my uncle's grille is also stuck like kapur, anyone have update on this thread or any DIY there how to do this thing. I'll appreciate any tips or suggestions.

it litterally is just clips mate it needs a good yank to get off and you will break some of the clips in doing so, only the side grills are secured by a screw

When you pull it off, it will feel like you have broken a lot of things..but its just the clips on the grill.
