wiper switch...

so now...for a few months each time ive had to put my wipers on, the "wiper switch"(as its known in the manual) its been a struggle to push up to "on", its fine moving it down to the other one where works every 9 secs. but now the problem is it wont move up onto the "on" position, i can knock it up so it wipes once but thats kinda dangerous if it rains.

does anybody at alll know what i can do?? ive had the steerin wheel off in the past and nothing solved, and nothing is stated online or in the manual??

any ideas would be very helpful asap. cheers!!

Its a complex mechanism - easiest thing to do is get a new stalk from a scrappy and swap it out
