LED lights for numberplates

Post by J25LY »

Hey all,

I'm looking to replace the lights on plates with led ones! Had a look on ultraleds but weren't sure which ones to get! :?

Something like clear white but nothing blinding

Thanks

I had changed the interior and the boot light as well but also want to change the number plate light to match them up! I'll see if I can find the link of the ones that I brought of ultraleds for ya!

Hi Tom,

These are the ones i brought of ultraleds http://www.ultraleds.co.uk/42mm-leds-fe ... -1461.html; another user (lolhoward) brought the same ones are fitted them to his car and i just followed his idea! plus these bulbs are not cheap!

you get what you pay for with cheap leds. these are more because they are superior quality

They won't dude, you'll need wedge lights the same as your front sidelights.Whip the number plate lights out though to double check. You'll need a festoon bulb for the interior though dude.
