Lambda diagnosis via vag-com

Post by pezza371887 »

Hey guys would appreciate it if someone could help me determine whether my lambda sensors have gone or are not working correctly as my MPG has dropped significantly. I have done a auto with no faults but i think you can view the readings via measuring blocks but not sure what I'm looking at, any help would be fantastic, come on all you vag-com users help me out

Well if its of any use to you, the control probe, S1 failed on my wife's Polo 1.4 16V BBY engined car and there was no noticable change in MPG or performance - though fault codes were logged, sorry I have not yet searched around to find the Lambda info in VAG-COM, I just got lucky and had a simple Lambda probe failure.
