Cambelt change - when?

My car needs a service next week, a major one. It has just hit 30,000 miles and just 4 years old. Does the cambelt need changing?

Cambelt change is done on miles and i am sure it's something like 60,000!

Volkswagen recommend every 4 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first if I remember correctly.
