Out of interest i know the fabia vrs is some 200 kg heavier but should the spring mounting be the same on all the polo platform cars. So what im thinking is could i ring up kw get some uprated spring and fit it to my new car

Hi a bloke from KW is going to find out monday for me if these will fit the gti but i definately think they will need stiffer springs up front at least.
he also said that he thinks the struts are the same throughout the polo range

Right then KW just got back to me they wont fit apparently so there definatelyfor sale £500 please.

You will essentially have a brand new set of coilovers as ive done bugger all mileage on them. Also i didnt fill in and send the warranty card off so you can have the full manufacturer warranty with them.
I dont think I need to tell people how good kw coils are but I actually found them more comfortable than standard springs at times
If only my car had about 100bhp more I wouldnt let them go but the money will go towards my new coilovers at least.

again pm me or email me at [email protected]

cheers Joe
