Basicly want to know what I require for 17 I'm talking the 7j etc stuff want to run 215 tyres too any help guys?

7j...17"...215........ I'd say 5x100 et 25 up front and 15 out back with a reasonable drop (technix with helpers out will do). As for alloys...whatever has those fitments that u like...or bigger et's and space out to the above? 5x112 and adapt to the above?! For 7j anyway. 8's or 8.5's can be done with correct sums!

Ps 215 on a 7 is wide...? Just fitted 195 on a 7.5 for a mild stretch...?

Something around ET30.

I have 7.5 Et33 they are a slight tuck
I had 9 ET27 with about 25mm poke

Just to give you an idea

Google 'will they fit', put your original measurements in then try others out and it does the math for you. U can fit a 215 tyre to anything between a 7.5 & a 9. For every half inch wider the alloy add 6 onto the offset you need. It all depends what look you're after...

I put 18’ on my polo 215/35 I didn’t need to change a thing…ive got no problems with rubbing and I think they sit just right… :D
