MK3 Polo Chips

Post by poloace »

I all, if some of you who visit Porka are aware I have a variety of modified ECU maps avaiable for the AAV 1.3 55bhp, 1.3 NZ 55bhp, 1.3 3F 75bhp, and for the G40 as well. I have a number of other VAG chips available.

I have had Rolling road data back from a before and arfter with the GT chip and a gain of 6bhp was recoreded with a Decat exhaust and air filter mod.

All the AAV, 3F, PY chips are available for £26 including postage, and the early NZ engine are available for £35 as the eprom they use are very rare as they are no longer manufactured

All chips are supplied with very detaileed fitting instructions and a nice storage box to retain your original eprom. I can also solder eprom sockets into later Mk3 ECU to allow tuning chips to be added.

Anyone interested drop me an email at poloace@aol.com

All funds genereated go towards a worthy cause.... my G40  saving for either a engine/gearbox rebuild or converting it to use a different engine.

Cheers

Alan

Time for a plug from an owner of one of these chips!

They're worth every penny, I've got one on my GT and I get 35mpg with fantastic acceleration (for a GT). Makes a huge difference, well worth having! 8)

Yep and it definantly noticeable probably alot more than you would ever see from a air filter change. :)

Once I've paid for driving lessons, my bumpers, my wheels, my centre caps, and possibly more painting, I will see how my finances go.

Yours will be AAU then^^^^^^^^^^

I am interested, but don't trust myself with the soldering, as mines a later model with all the revisions (soldering in the ECU was one of them). If only I could get someone to fit it for me...
