Passenger door
my pasenger door will not open even though the pin is going up and down , what is going on ???? ahhhhh

never heard of this as such before on a polo... could be the door latch has jammed and might need replaced... ull need to slide passenger seat back and unscrew the door card and pull it off... from here u should be able to fiddle with lock mechanism and hopefully prise door open and get the latch sorted.. maybe just a clean and a spray of good 'ol wd40 will do
