Posting photos....FIXED

Post FORUM SPECIFIC questions here: Such as, "HELP, I can't keep logged in for more than one session" etc... Not general help questions such as "my car won't start". You get the idea?

I've read the other posts about posting photos and it seems a tad complicated to me (thicko),on other forums I can just upload from my laptop (within pixel limits) any chance of doing it this easier way??
