What type of plug is this?

Anyone have any idea what type of plug this is? An more to the point, what number the pin connections are?

I am currently retro fitting cruise control, following this guide:

I am all sorted upto the section where I need to connect to pin 10 of the above connector, problem is the space is extremely tight and I have no idea which space is pin 10

Any help is greatly appricated!

Generally,the plug pins are numbered on the plastic,good eyesight or magnifying glass needed...
