Newbee says hi!

Post by Tonyk »

Greetings!

The little lady acquired this wee beasty yesterday and she over the moon with it.

First step will be to give it a good clean and smother it with Dodo juice for an eye burning finish. The paint is not bad but it is covered in swirls but nothing clay and Lime Prime wont rid.
Also I need to find some VW 14/15" alloys to replace the plastic trims. I'd like coil overs to compliment the alloys but the wife gives me that look when I mention them so I think thats not going to happen.

So a few questions.
1. As with all cars, what little jobs are there to do to ensure happy motoring (looking for the stuff missed by the garages)?
2. She wants remote central looking and I've read mixed reviews of the Rclick system. Is it as bad or good as people say?
3. Do 6n rear spoilers fit the 6n2?

Many spanks!

6n spoilers do not fit the 6n2 - different design unfortunately

RCL from RClick is very good as long as you install it correctly youll have no problems. Theres a guide in the DIY section
