My 9n3 - Fitti's!

Post by iian »

Thought i'd throw up my 9n3.

Its lowered on db automative coils.

Wheels are OZ Fittipaldi's 7.5" fronts and 8" rears with a 15mm adapt-tech adapter and 195 / 40 /16 toyo proxies. Black centres 14" centres with a 2" set up lip, gold bolts

Inside i've got a double DIN kenwood and have the A,B,C pillars and headliner wrapped in suede, and all the plastics that were that crap grey colour done satin black.

Car looks sweet mate!

love the stance.

I'm doing the same for the roof and pillars soon also (did it on my old car).

Was planning on sourcing black plastic parts as I'm usually pretty weary of spraying interiors.

how is the sprayed stuff? Any flaking?

Yeah man, really advice against spraying.

I had my pillars sprayed before i wrapped them, and the paint flaking was horrible. The grab handles and visors are alright to spray, because they don't have to flex / bend when your putting the back in. But make good use of plastic primer and a bit of sanding bewteen coats and you'll be grand spraying your own stuff no bother.

yeh I was referring to the handles and visors. I'll be covering the roof and pillars in suede for sure.

I have some spare handles form my last car, so I'm going to spray them to see how they come out like, otherwise I'll just buy the black ones bit by bit.

Thanks.

Certainly are mate.

They're a credit to him, great work. Plan to split and clean them up soon.
