Cd Player Location

In the MKv 5 polo's , see how the Double Dinn for the cd player , has anyone tried to fit a screen in here ?

Was maybe gonna give it a go , but i'd then need else where to put my cd player

Any ideas ?

Could you remove the 'coin tray' that sits underneath the double-DINN unit and get it in there? Might be a tight squeeze!

Or if you don't have much use for the glovebox you could build a custom install there?

Thats about all I can think of atm.

EDIT: Or a roof-mounted screen of course

Could be a tight fit but it seems to look like the best place yet , no use for the glove box, but i have a sony flip cd player , maybe prove a problem as the glove box isssssss soooo small

See how where the drinks holder, and that wee tray is , think i could maybe take them out and add a DIN in theer ? Just a thought , doubt u could buy a bit that extend that ?

Just had a look at the car there !

Dont think the Cd player would fit in the glove box
And i dont think it will fit in the coin try bit either

Doesnt look like it can go anywhere else
