Hi guys I'm new, here's details of my ride:

1996 N reg 1.6 mpi GL
Debadged grill, smoked headlights and indicators, body colour side repeaters, blue rear clusters, debadged rear, smoked sun strip, lowered 60mm on spax, 16" leagues on goodyear F1s, speedtech full Gp A exhaust, K&N filter, delocked body colour door handles, rubbing strips removed, rear wiper removed, single front wiper, chrome goodies inside... err... think thats bout it. Supercharger on the way.

Can I join your club???

I wouldn't feel unwelcome, in my experience it's rare that you'll get a response in under about 20 views on any forum :)

Blimey, to me a 1.6 would be like flying a rocket :D Then again, I suspect so would my sister's 1.2 corsa compared to my old 1 litre :)

mate used to have 1.3 gt squareback now has G with practically everything under the sun done to the engine, i want it to be that quick.

its only 75bhp and have you ever felt the weight of just the doors on a mk4, they weigh loads. seems especially slow after seing the golf r32 biturbo at inters last month. 3.2 0-60!!!

unfortunately I have no photos, except some very old ones of when I first got her and some on my phone. need to get some done really

My Mk2 weighs about as much as a digestive biscuit, but it still has a stated 0-60 of about 17 seconds :?

Just remember, even 75bhp is about 1/3 again what most of us here have :)
