Had my Polo for 2 weeks, 450 miles.
Been having problems with my reverse gear, sometimes crunches & hard to get in? Doesn't matter if engines hot or cold.
This not normal??

Not normal take it back to dealers to get it checked

Ring them first and normaly they will decide what happens once they have diagnosed the problem. If it requires work it is normal to book it in and you should get a loan car if you need it. Good luck.Polo 2011 Moda wrote:Would they keep it there?
