adding remote c/l

hey all went to see a few polos today sadly it was an option and the 4 that i saw non had remote central locking, came across this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/REMOTE-KEYLESS-EN ... 588c943c0c

looks interesting im wondering will this open the boot with the middle button?

has anyone done this on the forum?

Unlocking the boot maybe, but it wont open the boot

Polos don't have an electronic boot release for the boot popper

nah just wanted to open the boot not pop it. has anyone actually made the c/l remote?

can anyone reassure me who has a car without remote locking the tip of the key is flat? like the flip keys?

Yes mate, my sisters polo is the exact same key as my gti, mine just flips where as her's is the fixed key

Hers has not got remote c/l, just standard
