P Mk4s White Polo Thread : superlite helpp

Post by P mk4 »

Hi

New to the forum thought i would post some pics of my vw see what other people think ?

From plymouth polo is my first car had it for 2 years its only a 1.0 litre but who needs speed when your lowww :)

Started off with basic alloys when i bought it then thought i want it lowered slightly so fitted cheap springs dropping 60 mm then decided i wanted it lower so went with budget coilovers and some caddy steelies as i was able to get a set for free. Spent ages restoring the wheelies as they were mainly covered in rust and kurbing.

Spec so far :
Golf caddy steelies sprayed bronze/gold with nankang tyres
Jom coilovers
Dewipered rear
Remove bumpstrip
Trailing spongebob :) who loves life
Metallic red gearknob
Remove side bumpstrip

Ice :
Cko dvd usb blah blah player
Fli tweeters
Fli 6inch front speakers
Fli 6X9
Fli 1000 Watt Sub

Not bad. But the red one next to it in that picture is a beauty.

P.S Spongebob is probably worth more than the car. Sorry to disappoint you.

Yeah thats the next thing on the list clear indicators and 6n2 lights :) I wanted to try something different on the wheels might spray them again soon not sure :s Tempted to tint but would want it to be done properly instead of a D.I.Y job tbh :)

Getting bored of my mk1 caddy steelies :?

id kill for some steel banded wheels :(

was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how much they think the steelies iv got at the moment are worth just forked out £200 on tyres and they have seen less then 1000 miles. Refurbed and are basically perfect :)

and any ideas on what wheels to get next would be appreciated :)
