Hazard lights under heavy breaking...

Can this be turned off? Doubt it, but thought I'd check. Would go and get the manual, but it's raining.

DSG box still not fixed. VW say it's fine too

It's a safety feature to allow the people behind you to see that you're braking hard enough for there to be an issue, I don't understand why you would want this turned off it just increases the risk of someone rodgering your car because they didn't realise how hard you were braking......

Oh, didn't realise what it was for.

I'd like to be able to turn it off for trackdays.
