when to change timing belt?

When do I need to change the timing belt on my 2000 1.4 16v 101HP polo? Every 5 years, I get that, what about in miles? There's a sticker on the plastic cover over the front panel saying every 120.000 km (75.000 miles). Is that correct? I'm at 100.000 kms (62.000 m) past the last change. Do I have to change it or can I wait another 20.000 kms?

40k or 4 years is the new recommended timing

If you are at 60k, then it definately needs to be done
