How much to lower my car by ?

Recieved my FK coilies today, they can go from 30mm-100mm im just wondering guys how much should i lower my car by to keep it from rubbing my wheel arches but still looks reallly low, currently got 16 nch monzas on atm any pics to give me an idea would be great thanks.

Rears can go all the way or with adjusters removed.

Fronts can go 2 turns from the bottom depending on what tyres you have.

SLAMMM IT! all the way downn!! as said by 9N3 turbo can be wound all way down back with adjusters out and two from bottom on front on most the coilovers these days.
