2007 polo mileage correct

Hello all,

Mates got a 2007 polo and the LCD screen has failed on it so he bought another cluster, so he needs the mileage correcting,

Ive got Vag Tacho on my laptop as ive used it for coding new keys in the past, unfortunately though vag tacho wont connect to the polos ECU, think this is because its a newish model ive only ever connected to 2004 or earlier cars.

Anyone know of any programs for mileage correction?

and as i know this always comes up, what im doing is not illegal in anyway it is only illegal to change the mileage to make a possible buyer believe its a lower mileage then it actually is. this will only be used to correct the mileage on a replacement cluster.

Sorry dude completely unrelated but where ate you based ?. If it's not miles I'd supply you with rich treasures to code another key to my car... Vw couldn't do it :-/.
