Heater Fan Issues - Help!

Hey everyone, iv got a 1.2 polo with standerd heating and the heater fan only works on settings 3 & 4, When its set to 1 & 2 there is no fan movement at all. Does anyone have any ideas of what this could be? I had an A3 before this and next to the fan access it has several resistors which could be replaced, does the polo have this?

Any ideas would be great as its a right pain having to have the fans blasting just to clear the windscreen

Ok, so it looks like it is a resistor problem, does anyone know where the resistor is on a 2003 1.2 polo.
