warning lights

Post by flobelle35 »

I hope someone out there can help me. Last week I left my lights on over night, and of course had a flat battery in the morning - RAC fixed it no problem, but the air bag light came on straight after I started up. Today after filling up with fuel, the engine managment light is now showing amber.
This is not the only problem, a couple of months ago whilst driving all the lights on the dash board lit up, all bleeped, the clock reverted back to 0.00, and the trip reading also did this. It only last a second, but it had done this once before about 6 months ago. Do you think there is a problem with the electrics?

VW is £60 just to plug it in (last time I checked)
Local garage £30 to plug in (ish)

Someone on here could do it for you if you give location (Not full address tho)
