Post by Reeyad »

He all,

Am old member, however moved on to a different car still VW lol !

My Polo GTi 6n2 has been collecting dust due to an engine fault, I tried to split the car for sale but only sold small minor items.

I am now going to fix the car !

I am after standard cams or Uprated cams can anyone help an old member of where to purchase these thanks all

we are in the final stages of development with CatCams on some cams for the 1.6 16v. The custom chilled blanks have been made up now so its just a case of getting batches of the different cam profiles made up and working out pricing.. Should have them for sale very soon..

6 weeks is also the lead-time most firms will quote to do a 1.8t conversion into a 6n2 from start to finish.. 8)

I want moarrr power though! Even with a remap, it'll only see 150bhp. Now, how does nearly double that sound?

I actually ordered Schrick cams though mate and they were on the way, then had to cancel a couple of week before the install because my gearbox went :(
