Suspension Kit advice

Hello

I wanted to ask everyone what is the best suspension to get for polo 9n3 GTI where i live is speed bump heaven really leaving a mark on my front bushes and wishbones the time has come where i need to replace them though might aswell get a suspension too. Is there uprated wisbones i can also get? i read people used seat cupra or ibiza wishbones? i don't want coilovers after a friend of mine having them realizing need to replace other bits aswell rods and bushes and mounts pointless to get them

any advice would be greatly appreciated i seem some stuff about FK suspension there reasonably priced any suggestions will be appreciated
