License plates?

Post by Chrisbmx92 »

Hey all! :) I want to know if i take my front license plate off is there a big indent for it? because i want to get a square license plate made up and fit it on the bottom of my bumper on the curb side.

And also how much do license plates cost to get made up? 8) I think its around £20, but im really not sure haha.

Cheers all!

Chris :)

Yeah there will be a indent you might have to get your bumper smoothed then the back will be diffrent from the front.

ahh okay cheers man. I know theres an indent on the black bumper strip but wasnt sure about the actual bumper its self. Dont want to tear it off and have a hole left haha. Not sure what to do about the back bumper, probably just leave it be for the time being :)

The only indent is in the bump strip, not the bumper also you may need to think about the screw holes too

It could be held on with glue, if you're lucky. If you can't see any screws then it probably is

Just take it off and have a look man. If there's no screws through the plate it won't be held on by screws. A lot if people choose security tape or even Velcro over screws now. If there is screw holes underneath from previous application just put it back on till you can
Afford to get it smoothed
