I actually went to re-map it, and the blokes there ( Really nice and professional guys) figured after 2 test runs that I had to change it..

It was "pulsing" according to him. Sort of not letting the engines whole potential free.. And he also said that a re-mapped car with a broken/ worn MAF could really get expensive.. :O

I recommend you change it mate!
