Red 'TSI' Emblem

Post by AJ_7 »

Hi guys, after scouring the net all afternoon I finally give in... I'm after the part number for the all red 'TSI' tailgate emblem. The badge itself originates from a MK6 Golf but i'm after one to stick on the tailgate of my Candy White TSI Polo. The silver standard 'TSI' badge is often confused for a 'TDI' and I personally think the red would stand out a lot more. If anyone could help me locate the part number i'd be grateful so I can source one through my dealer. The only places i've managed to find which sell them are abroad and require 13-22 days for shipping! Link for the part i'm after:

Cheers!

Not finding any all red ones on UK or Euro Spec Golfs.

The one you have linked too is 5ND 853 675A GQF which is a china only part number for the Tiguan so not 100% if this can be ordered in the UK.

That's the same one, it says in the listing it a VW China import part.

Thanks ever so much for your help guys. Seen as it's an Indian part I doubt my dealer would be able to source one. Instead i'm just gonna grab one of the TSI badges with the red 'SI'. All i'm after really is so it stands out, as the silver on a white car is quite hard to distingish unless your within 5 yards or so. Steve, I'm guessing you have EKTA 7 from your screenshots in other threads. Could I be a cheeky b'tard and ask you to find the part number for the TSI badge like below:

Thanks again,

Alex

Would anyone know if this would clip onto the standard SEL grille?

The Eos TSI rear emblem is red if that helps.

Took off the Polo badge and added the red 'SI'. Personally I think the rear of the car looks a lot better :)
