my 2011 polo SE 1.4

Post by jonnymoore »

alright :) , been a member on this website for a month or so now and only getting around to putting some pics up now, its my first car and ive had it since june. havent really got much done yet but ill keep posting as i add more to it.
i've got a set of H&R 35/55mm springs sitting in my boot, the rear ones are going in on friday and hopefully the front ones will be going in shortly after, ill post some pics of how it looks when ive got them in. :)
future plans: 17'' BBS rs. maybe coilovers depending on how much the springs lower it by.(hopefully i wont need coilovers) gti grill. fog lights. rear bumper. k&n induction kit. thats all i can think of at the minuite, ill post pictures up of my progress and any changes made.

this is a picture of it the day i got it on my birthday:

yeah i was 17 in june there:)
35 at the front though, and 55 at the back, i know it doesnt sound like a big drop but with the body kit on atm its already pretty low to the groung even before being lowered. theres a few cars ive seen with the same springs in and i think it looks sweet, but yeah id love to put coils in :) maybe in time :)

heres a 1.2 tsi with the 35/55mm lowering springs, i found pics of it on the internet:

yeah, my brother has a k&n induction kit in his 9n3 and i love the sound of it, i prefur it to the sound of a big exhaust, so ill definatly be getting one of those :)
id love some hid's but are they not like £400? :O and yeah some side leds sound good 8) you got any pictures up of them? and whered you get them from?

and lowered by 100 on 15's sounds perfect! bet its not far off the ground, thats what you want :)

Tbh it still pretty high. But can only get one finger between the wheel n arch

But HIDs u can pick up for £50 on eBay. A got phillips 6000k h7s in mine look the s**t mate. Wanted 8k like in my old car but the blue of the 8k wouldn't go well with the colour scheme I want

eBay is the key to car modding ;) haha

I'll get some pics of the car let me no if u can see them bud

Hi mate and Welcome to the forum.
Lush car and love the bodykit, wish I got it for mine now.
I also like the carbon fibre you've put on the side mirrors, I got some white carbon style inserts for the rear VW badge which I think makes it stand out :-)
