Polo 6R GTI retrofit - Anyone done it??

Hi this is George and this is my first post...!
I have a Polo GTI 6R and been trying for quite along now to retrofit a cruise.
I had to install some wiring ( i have some schemes) and the coding was ok with Vag - Com.
Unfortunately the cruise is not working.
I get an "Implausible Signal" on Vag Com when i turn it on or off!!!
Any body in the whole world that has done it???
( let me say also that my BCM is supporting a cruise control)

Where did you buy the cruise from? Was it a "genuine" one from somewhere like Kufatec? Or a generic ebay one?

The stalk is a genuine one... I new about this firm: http://www.vwcruise.com/204.html but its quite away from where i'm living.... ( more than 5000 km i'd say)!
Anyone that has managed it on his own??? I would surely appreciate it!
